WELCOME TO SAFETY FIRST TRAINING IN CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
The risk of encountering aggressive and threatening people exists both in the workplace and in leisure time. In hotels, restaurants and trade, addicts, over-refreshed people and aggressive dissatisfied customers are often part of everyday life.
How should the risk of employees experiencing a lack of safety and security in their work environment be handled?
With this training, we want to create an understanding of how to handle threatening situations. Both in the form of emergency help when a situation actually occurs and as knowledge for preventive purposes. The following parts are included:
- What is mental preparation and how to do it.
- Good way to communicate with aggressive people.
- How do I use body language when meeting someone who is aggressive or threatening.
- Low affective action. How does it work.
This course takes about 15 minutes to complete and ends with a knowledge test. Good luck with your education.
